Get Ready 2 Work is an EU project aiming to significantly improve the job opportunities for young disadvantage people and to teach them how to better present themselves. We were asked to develop the website and logo design for the project.
The target group for this project is young men and women, just graduating or in their first years in university. This project aimed to prepare the young disadvantaged people to be successful competitors on the market and the logo and website design had to support and attract them to the project. Therefore we were intentionally avoiding a business orientated vision. Rather an approach closer to the younger people was preferred. We wanted the logo to be joyful, friendly and fresh – matching the target audience type. We used orange intentionally to support the joyful and friendly feeling while the graphite grey referred to the business orientation of the project.
